Frequently asked questions

About production work via 100% Vakwerk

What does a production worker do?

You are involved in creating, modifying, or packaging products. This may include operating machines, quality control, packaging, or preparing goods for shipment. At our clients, it is usually metal and aluminum.

What does a production worker in Venlo earn?

Through us, between €2,800 and €3,950 gross per month for a full-time workweek. In day shift, you’re at the bottom; in 2- or 3-shift work, there’s a hefty shift allowance. Operators and industrial sprayers earn the most.

Do I need experience or a diploma?

Not for most production functions: motivation and reliability count the most and you are trained accordingly. For operator and spray functions, some experience or technical knowledge is a plus.

Are there any full-time jobs available?

Yes, regularly, but they are popular and quickly filled. Do you only want day shifts? Say so when you apply, and we'll call you as soon as something becomes available.

How does shift work work?

With 2-shift schedules, you switch between morning and afternoon every week; with 3-shift schedules, that’s also including the night shift. Each vacancy has the shift listed, and on the phone you’ll hear the exact times and the surcharge.

I don't speak Dutch. Can I apply?

Yes. We speak Polish, German and English, and many of our clients have international teams. Just give us a call in your own language.
