Production worker, day shift

At our company, aluminum profiles are produced for applications in the aerospace, automotive, and medical industries, among others. On the Deburring department, you deliver the perfect end product. Deburring, grinding, and applying chamfers — it sounds simple, but with tolerances of ± 0.02 mm, this is precision work.

What you will do

You are responsible for delivering a flawless quality product to the customer. You remove burrs from complex and highly precise aluminum products, working independently and following strict work and quality instructions.

• You grind the brambles with a grinder, a file and a fine sandpaper
• You work on surfaces and apply erosion, both manually and mechanically
• You monitor the quality using digital and analog measuring devices, including the slide gauge
• You work with technical drawings and strictly follow work and quality instructions
• You check your own work before it goes to the customer

What do we expect from you?

• You have technical expertise and preferably a technical education
• You have experience working with precision products — fine motor skills are important
• You can read technical drawings and work with a slide ruler
• You are quality-conscious, precise, and flexible
• You are proficient in the Dutch language, both orally and in writing

Employment conditions

No vague promises, just clear terms.

• Gross hourly wage: € 17,65
• Gross monthly salary: approx. € 2,945 based on 38.5 hours
• Employment relationship: day shift, 38.5 hours per week
• Travel allowance: € 0.23 per kilometer
• Vacation days: 27 days
• Friday: working only 6.5 hours
