Industrieel Straler (Trailers)

Are you not afraid of physical work and dust? Do you enjoy making large metal structures completely bare and clean? For a large trailer builder in the Wijchen region, we are looking for 100% Vakwerk an Industrial Radiator. You lay the foundation for the end result.

• A fat salary: You earn about € 4.075,- bruto per maand (based on 40 hours).
• Travel allowance: €0.23 per km (from 10 km one way, max. 40 km).

What will you do?

As a blaster, you have an important job. Without your work, the paint won't adhere and the trailer will rust. You provide the perfect rough surface.

• Blasting: You will blast the chassis of trailers (great work!) according to instructions.
• Cleaning: After blasting, blow everything clean and make sure the grit is gone.
• Logistics: You make sure the chassis are ready for your colleagues in the paint shop or schoopeer department.
• Control: You critically review your own work. Is everything spot on? Is it clean?
• Stock: You keep an eye on whether there is still enough abrasive and material.

 

You work in a 2-shift operation. This gets you that 16% surcharge:

• Early service: 06:00 to 14:45.
• Late service: 14:45 to 23:30.

 

Who are you?

For this position, we are looking for someone who knows how to get down to business.

• You are physically fit. Blasting is hard work and you don't shy away from it.
• You have VMBO working and thinking level.
• You have experience with blasting equipment.
• Experience in metal, bodywork or with large constructions is nice.
• You work safely. You understand why protective clothing and rules are important.
• You speak good Dutch, English or German.

Where will you be working?

You will go through 100% Vakwerk to work for a well-known special transport builder in Wijchen. They make trailers you see on the road all over Europe, with load capacities of up to 200 tonnes.

It is a real family business. Despite its size, there is a friendly atmosphere. Everyone, from the hall to the office, is involved in the final product. Modern tools are used and people on the floor are listened to.
