100% Vakwerk is from Leon, Dennis and Kevin. Since 2018, we have been helping welders, machine operators, assemblers, and production workers secure permanent work at technical companies in the Venlo region. No call center, no changing contact persons: you always speak to one of our three people.

We started because we saw how it usually goes: a professional applies to a large agency, speaks to three different people, and then hears nothing again. That can be better. Call or text us at Leon, Dennis or Kevin, and that person remains your contact, from the intake meeting through your first workday and beyond.

We only do what we do Technology in the manufacturing industryWelding, production, assembly, CNC turning and milling, mechanical engineering and maintenance. As a result, we know the companies in the Venlo, Roermond, Horst and Venray region inside out: the machines, the services, the wages and the atmosphere on the work floor. We only place workers with employers who are looking for long-term professionals.

We speak Dutch, Polish, German and English. A large part of the people we place come from Poland. Therefore, we know what it takes to start a business in the Netherlands and can help with housing, transportation, and paperwork.

How we work

Honest, quick and neat service

We are the intermediary: we know you and the employer and bring the two together. For the paperwork, we work with a specialized back office, so that your salary, contract, and insurance are always handled in accordance with the rules.

Clearly in advance

Before you start, you know exactly what you’ll earn, what services you’ll provide, how long the contract runs, and where you’ll work. No surprises at the end.

Salary and contract through Jigler

Our back office Jigler in Barneveld Is your employer legally your employer: they arrange your employment contract, the weekly or 4-weekly salary payment, payslips, pension and insurance according to the collective agreement. We remain your point of contact for everything related to your work.

Fixed view

Most clients are looking for people for the long term. After a placement period, a contract with the company itself is often possible. We tell you in advance what the options are.

Even after you start

If something isn’t going as planned, you call Leon, Dennis, or Kevin and we’ll take care of it. We’ll come by the workplace and keep in touch with you and the employer.
