For a large aluminum company in Venlo, we are looking for production workers for the Surface Treatment department. On this department, aluminum profiles are treated: think of varnishing, covering, and preparing them for further processing. You work in a team of about 60 colleagues and work in a three-shift system.

What will you do?

You prepare products for surface treatment. You work with your hands and ensure that everything goes through the production line in the correct way. In practice, this means:

• Pick up work orders, look up and read the corresponding work instructions
• Check the products: are the numbers and sizes correct, and is there any damage?
• Products must be masked (covered up) and hung according to instructions
• Place the prepared products in the correct order in the production line
• Taking into account priorities and the speed of the line (tact clock)
• In case of doubt or deviations, immediately involve your team leader
• Order in the system to be cancelled when they are ready
• Keeping your workplace, machines and tools clean and safe
• Helping with minor maintenance on the line

Who are we looking for?

You don't need to be a specialist. What matters more is that you work accurately, follow instructions well, and aren't afraid to get your hands dirty.

• VMBO level or equivalent work experience
• You speak and understand Dutch
• You can work in a three-shift system (morning, afternoon, night)
• You are precise and pay attention to details
• You work neatly and follow safety rules
• Experience in production is a nice bonus, but not required

What do you get in return?

• € 17.65 gross per hour + 23.5% shift surcharge = approx. € 21.80 per hour
• Gross monthly salary of approximately € 3,540–
• Kilometer fee of € 0.23 per km
• Working at a stable, large company in Venlo
• A team around you that supports and guides you
