Inpakker (Dagdienst) | Hightech Industrie

For our client, a leading manufacturer in the high-tech manufacturing industry, we are looking for an accurate and enthusiastic Packer. This is not just another logistics function. Our client makes extremely precise precision products that literally make a difference. Think of parts for the aviation, medical and automotive industries, where absolute perfection is a requirement. As a Packer, you are the crucial, last link in the process. You ensure that these valuable products are 100% packed correctly and safely, ready for shipment to top international customers.

What will you do?

You will work independently within the logistics team and be responsible for the complete packaging process. Your daily tasks include:

• Looking up and reading appropriate work instructions for specific orders.
• Gathering the necessary packaging materials (sometimes you even cut boxes to size).
• Performing accurate visual inspection of products; quality is your top priority!
• Carefully packing precision products according to instructions.
• Correctly calculating and recording packed quantities.

You will do this work independently, but can always count on the help of your experienced colleagues. This position is in a pleasant day shift.

You are someone who works carefully and accurately by nature. You understand that the products you work with are of great value and should be treated with care.

In addition:

• Do you have an enthusiastic and flexible attitude.
• Is quality at the top of your list.
• Can work well independently, but are also a team player.
• Excellent command of the Dutch language (both speaking and reading) due to work instructions and safety.
• Do you already have experience in logistics or packaging? That's a nice plus, but your mentality and accuracy are more important to us!
