Operator Sawing and Brushing

At our company, aluminum profiles are produced for applications in the aerospace, automotive, and medical industries, among others. In the Extrusion department, pressed profiles are cut and brushed — partly automatically with robots, partly manually. We are looking for an operator to keep this process running.

What you will do

You work in the Sawing & Grinding department within Extrusie. After the pressing process, profiles are cut to the correct length and the surfaces are brushed. You operate the machines and monitor the quality of the final result.

• You operate and maintain the sawing and punching machines
• You work with automated systems and robots
• You check profiles for fit dimensions and surface quality
• You ensure that the production schedule is adhered to
• You report any abnormalities and intervene when necessary

What do we expect from you?

• You have technical expertise and preferably experience in a production environment
• You are precise and work carefully
• You can work independently but you are also a team player
• You are proficient in the Dutch language, both orally and in writing
• You are willing to work in two shifts

Employment conditions

No vague promises, just clear terms.

• Gross hourly wage: € 17,71
• Team fee: 20% per worked hour
• Gross monthly salary: about € 3,546 including surcharge
• Employment relationship: two shifts, 38.5 hours per week
• Travel allowance: € 0.23 per kilometer
• Vacation days: 27 days
• Friday: working only 6.5 hours
