What will you do?

Forget standard production work. In Horst aan de Maas, it’s all about creating and finishing high-quality precision cutting tools. These tools are immediately put to use in the aerospace, automotive, wind energy, medical technology, and electronics industries. You operate the most modern CNC grinding machines.

Your work day:

• Operation and setup: You accurately set up the CNC grinding machines and operate them for the production of precision tools.

• Measure and check: Quality is of utmost importance. You read technical drawings and continuously check your products using precision measuring tools.

• Process monitoring: You detect and correct deviations immediately to ensure the highest accuracy.

• Workplace management: You are responsible for a safe, clean, and well-organized working environment.

Who are we looking for?

You no longer need to keep secrets about CNC technology, but we are looking for someone with a passion for precision and craftsmanship.

• You have a technical education and/or experience in a similar technical position.

• You can read technical drawings and work instructions without any problems.

• You are precise, quality-oriented, and work with a proactive, eager-to-learn attitude.

• You speak Dutch, German or English well.

• You are willing to work in a 2-shift system.
