Frequently asked questions

About working as a welder via 100% Vakwerk

What does a welder in Limburg earn?

With us, between €3,000 and €3,800 gross per month at 40 hours, excluding bonuses. TIG welders, all-round welders, and shift workers are usually at the top. Certificates and experience count as well.

Do I need laser certificates?

Not for most MIG/MAG jobs: Experience and a good welding test are more important. For some TIG and construction jobs, the employer does require valid certificates. If you don’t have them, we’ll see if you can get them through our training program.

In which places are the vacancies?

Especially in Venlo, Tegelen, Horst, Baarlo, Roermond, Swalmen, Venray, Wanssum and Overloon. Sometimes a little further, like Wijchen or Geleen. We always look at the travel time from your place of residence.

Do I work in day shifts or in shifts?

Both are available. Each vacancy has the service listed and on the phone you can hear the exact working hours. If you only want day shifts, just tell us and we’ll look for them.

I don't speak Dutch. Can I apply?

Yes. We speak Polish, German and English, and many of our clients have international teams. Just give us a call in your own language.

Do you also mediate for freelancers?

Yes, for specific assignments, we also mediate between freelancers. Contact us and we will discuss the possibilities.
