What will you do as an Operator?
As an operator at our client, you will have an important and varied role. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that the production line runs smoothly. Your tasks are:
- Operating and setting up machines: You are in charge of the production line. You set up the machines correctly, operate them and keep a close eye on everything.
- Checking quality: You check that the products meet the high quality requirements. See any deviations? Then you take immediate action.
- Troubleshooting: You independently identify and fix minor technical faults. This is how you keep production running.
- Thinking along about improvements: Do you have an idea to make work smarter, safer or better? Your input is more than welcome!
- Data tracking: You neatly record production data in the system.
Do you recognise yourself in this?
We are looking for a colleague who works accurately and likes to roll up his sleeves. You enjoy working in a team, but can also handle tasks independently. It is also important that you bring the following:
- An MBO-2 working and thinking level, preferably in a technical field.
- At least 1 year of experience as an operator, machine operator or similar position in manufacturing (this is a plus).
- You have an eye for quality and always work in a safe and efficient manner.
- You are a reliable colleague the team can rely on.
- You are willing to work in a 3-shift operation to work.

- A good gross monthly salary between €2,998 and €3,455., depending on your knowledge and experience.
- A fixed shift bonus of 20% on top of your salary. This can increase your salary to € 4.146,-.

Work in 3 shifts with an early weekend
You will work a fixed schedule from Monday to Friday. The company values a good work-life balance, which is why they have a modified schedule on Fridays so that your weekend starts earlier:
- Afternoon/evening shift: You will work from 14:00 to 19:00.
- Night shift: You work from 19:00 to 03:00.
