As Foreman Welding, you will be responsible for the planning, management and quality control of various welding activities. You ensure efficient work distribution, provide technical support to your team and monitor the progress of the projects. In addition, you actively participate in complex welding constructions. Quality, safety and cooperation are always your top priorities.

What do you bring:

✔ A completed MBO education in engineering.
✔ Demonstrated experience in the metal or construction industry.
✔ Extensive knowledge of welding techniques (MIG/MAG, TIG) and reading technical drawings.
✔ Leadership experience or ambition to lead a team.
✔ Understanding of construction work and experience with assembly tools.
✔ A proactive, accurate work attitude and an eye for quality and safety.
✔ Good communication skills and the ability to motivate and manage colleagues.
