Production worker 3 shifts in Lomm

You will be working at a leading company specialising in surface treatment technologies. The factory in Lomm provides high-quality coating and surface treatment solutions for various industries. Job description:

• As a Production Assistant, you will play an essential role in the production process. You will work with the production team and assist with various tasks to ensure efficient and high-quality production. Your responsibilities include:
• Assist in preparing and carrying out production activities, such as preparing materials and raw materials.
• Operate production machines and equipment according to instructions and procedures.
• Monitoring production quality and signalling deviations to the team leader.
• Packaging and preparing finished products for shipment.
• Maintain a neat and orderly workplace.
• Following safety regulations and company guidelines.

Profile:

• Some experience as a production worker is a plus.
• Technical affinity and dexterity with machines and tools.
• Able to perform physical work and work in a dynamic environment.
• Accurate and detail-oriented in following instructions and completing tasks.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Willingness to work shifts if required.
• Familiarity with surface treatment technologies is a plus.
