CNC Operator 3 shifts in Venlo

Are you looking for a new job as a CNC Operator and do you enjoy working on highly accurate and complex products of the highest quality?

For our client in Venlo, we are looking for a CNC Operator. You will perform machining operations using a CNC milling machine (both 3-, 4- and 5-axis). As mentioned, the products are extremely complex and precise. Both small and large series are turned. You do not have to write programmes for this. Your main tasks consist of choosing the programmes, clamping the products and carrying out quality checks using 3D measuring machines and digital calipers.

This company specialises in the pressing of high-precision aluminium extrusion profiles and they also carry out various metalworking operations, such as deburring, sawing, assembly and machining. They have everything in-house. The machining department has more than 30 milling and turning machines and you will operate several of them. You will work on both large and small products and make both small and large series. This makes the work challenging and diverse.

We offer:

• A gross salary from €3.289,93 gross per month, based 38.5 hours per week in a 3-shift system. This salary is negotiable! Do you have a lot of experience? Then the salary will be higher.
• Travel allowance of 23 cents per kilometre. Every kilometre from your home to work is reimbursed!
• A secondment contract of 7 months, after which you will be taken over on contract (annual contract) upon mutual satisfaction.
• Working on a wide variety of highly complex and precise products.
• Working on a variety of modern machines where you will make both large and small products.

Who are you:

• You have gained several years of experience in the machining industry.
• You function at MBO level. Preferably also an MBO degree in the direction of machining.
• You do not mind working in a 3-shift system.
• You are quality-conscious.
• You speak Dutch and/or German. Do you only speak basic Dutch? Then we would like to see you open to a language course.
