Operator 5 shifts in Venlo

For one of our clients in Venlo, we are looking for an Operator to work in a 5-shift system. You will work a schedule of six days followed by four days off, alternating between early, afternoon and night shifts. In this role, you will work closely with a team of experienced colleagues who are happy to share their knowledge with you.

What will you do?

• Together with your team, you will ensure that production runs on schedule and that quality is always guaranteed.
• You will be involved in preparation for coating processes, such as cleaning products, inspecting for deviations and loading machines.
• You will perform light maintenance on the machines and equipment.
• Keeping accurate production records is also part of your duties.
• Together with your colleagues, you will ensure a safe and tidy workplace and a clear handover to the next shift.

We offer:

• A contract for 38 hours a week in a 5-shift system.
• An attractive salary depending on your experience, between €3,440 and €4,000 gross per month (including shift bonus).
• 25 holiday days for full-time employment.
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre.

Who are you?

• You are motivated, eager to learn and work with a positive attitude.
• Alternating working hours in a shift pattern are not a problem for you.
• You have a basic knowledge of the Dutch language or are proficient in English or German.
• You are willing to attend a BHV course, which is fully reimbursed by the employer.
