OP Welder in 3-shift operation

Are you a passionate welder with an eye for detail and precision? As an OP Welder, you will play a key role in the production process of offshore wind foundations. This is your chance to work with advanced welding techniques and make a direct contribution to the energy transition. A challenging job in 3 shifts with plenty of opportunities to develop yourself!

What will you do?

• Semi-automatic welding of round seams on huge steel plates of ± 42 tonnes and 27 metres long.
• Setting and operating welding heads for high welding speeds and deeper welds.
• Monitor quality and ensure accurate welding process according to regulations.
• Working with submerged arc welding (OP welding) for consistent quality.
• Ensure safety by using protective equipment and following procedures.

• An attractive hourly wage starting from €20.57 including shift bonus. Are you experienced? Then of course the salary is negotiable.

Who are you?

• You have a passion for welding and metalworking.
• You have experience in MIG/MAG welding or similar certification (preferred).
• You have or are willing to obtain a VCA Basic certificate.
• You work accurately, strive for quality and are willing to work 3-shifts.
• You are eager to learn and want to develop further in advanced welding techniques such as OP welding.
