For one of our clients in Tegelen, we are looking for a full-time experienced bench fitter. In this role, you are the link between the draftsmen and the assembly staff. You ensure that everything from the technical drawing can be executed. You build machines, weld, set, roll and assemble. Flexibility and teamwork are essential here, as you work closely with a team of about 5 employees and support the assembly team.
Your responsibilities:
- Building and assembling machines based on technical drawings.
- Perform various metal operations such as welding, setting and rolling.
- Working together in a small, close-knit team and providing support to the assembly team.
- Flexible in responding to daily working conditions and willing to start earlier or work longer hours sometimes.
Who are you?
- You have at least MBO working and thinking level.
- You are a team player with a sense of responsibility.
- You are fluent in Dutch; knowledge of English and German is a plus.
- You have a technical background.
- You can switch quickly and prioritise.
- You can work independently and accurately from drawings.
- You have a positive and motivated attitude.
