Your responsibilities:
- Leading and coordinating a team of welders.
- Assembling and finishing welding (including) body carriers and other complex parts.
- Ensuring an efficient production process and high quality standards.
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings.
- Supervise and train junior welders.
- Monitor safety and compliance with procedures.
- Perform and oversee construction work.
Who are you?
- You have demonstrable experience with MIG/MAG welding.
- You have leadership skills and can manage a team.
- You have a passion for engineering and the welding profession.
- You can independently read and interpret technical drawings.
- Your work is service-oriented and accurate.
- You have experience in using various welding tools.
- Experience in construction bench work is a plus.
- You speak the Dutch language.
