CNC Operator day shift in Neer
We are looking for an experienced CNC Operator for one of our valued clients in Neer. The company specialises in metalworking and offers high-quality customised solutions. As a CNC-Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to manufacture precise products.
What will you do?
As a CNC Operator, you work with sophisticated machines and are responsible for the entire machining process of metal parts. You programme the machines, set them up correctly and check the parts produced for size and quality. This requires technical precision and a keen eye for detail.
Your duties include:
- Setting up and operating CNC machines
- Programming the machines according to specifications and drawings
- Monitoring the production process and checking product quality
- Carrying out preventive maintenance on the machines
- Identifying and rectifying faults in the production process
- Collaborating with colleagues to optimise the production process
This is what we ask of you:
- Demonstrable experience as a CNC Operator, preferably in the metal industry
- Knowledge of CNC programming and technical drawings (preferably Heidenhain controls)
- You speak the Dutch or German language
- Precision and accuracy in your work
- Be able to work independently but also be a team player
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to work shifts if required
